Perfect Plantista Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods

We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options through USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address.

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $50.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by method selected at checkout

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be impacted during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or appears to be missing, please contact our customer service team promptly at cs@perfectplantista.com so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Shipments

If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at cs@perfectplantista.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly update the address.

However, if your package has already shipped to the incorrect address provided, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee and 50% of the value of the product to reship your order.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for paying shipping fees to resend the package.
