Perfect Plantista Free Refill Giveaway - Official Rules

The Perfect Plantista Free Refill Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Perfect Plantista (“Sponsor”). Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotional agencies of Perfect Plantista, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

Entrants may submit an unlimited number of entries each month.

• Record a video demonstrating their use of Perfect Plantista’s Houseplant Pest Spray and highlighting its features.
• Post the video on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook while tagging @perfectplantista and using the hashtag #PerfectPlantista.
• Ensure that their account is public at the time of submission so that Perfect Plantista can view the post.

Entries that do not adhere to these guidelines will not be considered.

3. Winner Selection

This Giveaway is not a random drawing. The winner is selected at the sole discretion of Perfect Plantista.

• Effectiveness as a testimonial: The video should clearly communicate the product’s benefits.
• Before-and-after transformation: A compelling visual showing the product in action.
• Engaging commentary: Clear, enthusiastic, and well-spoken descriptions of the user experience.
• Overall creativity and quality: High-quality, well-lit, and engaging content.

The decision of Perfect Plantista is final and cannot be contested.

4. Winner Announcement & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected on the 7th of each month and announced publicly on Perfect Plantista’s social media accounts on the 15th of each month.

The winner will also be contacted via direct message (DM) on the platform where they submitted their entry.

The selected winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond, the prize will be forfeited, and Perfect Plantista reserves the right to select another winner or withhold the prize for that month.

5. Prize Details

Each monthly winner will receive one (1) free refill of Perfect Plantista Houseplant Pest Spray Concentrate (Approximate Retail Value: $99.95).

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

Perfect Plantista reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value at its discretion.

6. Grant of Rights & Publicity Release

By entering this Giveaway, participants grant Perfect Plantista a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, display, modify, reproduce, distribute, and promote their submitted content in any media.

Participants acknowledge that they will not be compensated for the use of their content beyond the potential to win the prize.

7. Limitation of Liability & Release

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Perfect Plantista from any liability, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway.

8. Disqualification

Perfect Plantista reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Submits content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.
• Uses fake accounts, spam entries, or otherwise attempts to manipulate the contest.
• Violates the terms of the social media platform where the entry is posted.

9. No Affiliation with Social Media Platforms

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

10. Privacy Policy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Perfect Plantista’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

11. General Conditions

Perfect Plantista reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
